It's old, but did anyone see this? Apparently someone was working on a Wario Land 4 fan game engine in 2015:

So yeah, seen it yet? It was on the SMBX forums here:

But it doesn't seem to be in development any more. Which is a shame, since a finished version could let us make our own Wario Land 4 sequel! Sure a lot of people here would love that, right?
