It has been revealed that the new Warioware character is named Lulu and is out to get her treasure back from Wario, the gold pot he stole from Luxeville.

Now that we know the characters name and motivation, I figured I'd make a thread so we can talk about her in detail over the months to come! Not every day we get a new Wario character. Now that we know who she is and why she is here, any first impressions?

People datamined the demo and found it. So many things are leaked by datamining demos. Makes me wonder if Smash Bros will even bother having one before release.

As for this character... well interesting to see she's a ghost. Guess that's another unwanted guest Wario brought back by stealing treasure (like the Black Jewel in Wario World).

The theory part is just about about her being a ghost, we know that her name for certain is Lulu and we know for certian that someone's after the treasure Wario stole from Luxeville. It's just a matter of putting things together; Nintendo are being secretive about Lulu and they're being secretive about who's after the treasure from Luxeville.

It was datamined from the demo, there was a wordbank of every character in the game which was sorted into a main character group and a side character group which matched the order of stages within the game. Lulu was directly under Wario and was the only new name in the main characters section.

One thing of note is that in Japan her name was officially revealed to be Lulu. Her profile colour was purple, indicating relation to the Ultra League.
