It's a Kirby's Adventure hack that turns it into a Wario Land game, complete with Captain Syrup:

Yeah, this one right here. Seems to be based off it, at least. It's at 1:11:40.

From what I hear, it's an attempt to make a decent Wario hack based on the bootleg. So yeah, it's based on that one, but better and finished.

Hopefully in this one they gave him the Hyper Suction animation for his inhale. I love that move.
