There are so many themes that I like in the Wario series but I should stick to the Land ones (and Master if Disguise) since they would fill the Smash theme better (with smooth rock).

Toy Block Tower
Warioware remix from Brawl
Any of the boss themes from Master if Disguise

I'm sure there are many more great Shake it themes I've never heard yet.
