What is Orbulon's height actually?

I played Mega Party Game$ yesterday, and I wondered what Orbulon's height actually is.
Sometimes, he appears to be no more that just 3 of 4 ft, but in other cases, he's is considerable larger.

I guess he has an ability to change his length. Sounds possible, right?

Probable answer: He has no special size changing abilities. It's just inconsistent character design.

Satisfying answer: ...Sure.

Yeah, inconsistent character design might be the answer. Just as with Mona.
They are the only two characters who physical change througout the games. (clothing not counted)
