I've heard rumours about whose voicing Ashley, Mona and 13-Amp on various forums and in YouTube comments, but I can't find any sources for the cast list anywhere

So.. who are the people voicing these characters now? You know, except for Charles Martinet obviously voicing Wario in English.

Any ideas?
 
There's no official info about the voice actors anywhere, but I mean, the game releases in 3 days so

Names I've seen knocked around:

Ashley: Erica Lindbeck

Mona; Stephanie Sheh

Joe and Dribble: Kyle Hebert

13 Amp: Cristina Vee

If that's the case man that localization seems to have got quite a bit of a budget to work with not that I'm complaining.

probably more than the past games, but from what I can tell, most of those actors mostly do anime dubs. Isn,t anime dubbing notorious for being extremely cheap?

But still not as cheap or convenient as Treehouse guys/random people from Seattle from what I'd imagine.
 
Well, they've now got a voice acting budget at least on par with most modern video games and video game developers out there. Can't really hope for more than that, since hey, Nintendo isn't gonna pay for A list actors with a multi billion dollar casting budget, especially not for this game,

I have a feeling that if Nintendo did get Treehouse to do the voices again, it wouldn't be those same ones we know and love. If I had to choose between a new cast of Treehouse VAs and anime VAs who are more experienced, I'd pick the latter. But trust me, I like the original voices best as well.

Oh cool, another voice confirmation. Guess the rumours of Lindbeck voicing Ashley turned out to be true after all!
 
IDK, It's kinda Jarring to hear Charles Martinet voice MORE than a Few words at a time; like Complete Dialogue; Since I'm used to One-Liners like Have a Rotten Day, or Good Luck, or or I'mma gonna win, or COME ON; I'm surprised he managed to pull off complete long Lines of Dialogue like this without Straining himself in the vocal chords
