Am I the only one who just can't stand modern social media and communities? I just feel like as much as I try, the way they work feels so off to me.

I especially can't deal with livestreams, the chat environment and setup just feels so bizarre to me.

I've been in that boat for a long time. I don't have any social media anymore (other than youtube) because I couldn't stand it. At best I just felt like I couldn't actually find any genuine connection or community through social media, at worst I would feel annoyed at how much time I spent scrolling through completely vapid stuff so I just got rid of it all lol

Seeing what r/wario looked like a while ago. I do not want to know what kind of posts were in this subreddit to be deemed unmoderated.
I genuinely is such a shame that they did not give Move It! just a couple more months in development so it could be fully fleshed out more in some aspects. I genuinely think it had potential to be the best WarioWare game in the series if they had just not released it so close to GIT! in a busy span of notable titles for the Switch, particularly Super Mario Bros. Wonder. The only thing about Move It! that I dislike... is that there is not more of it, it is that good. There are really not that many toys or other things to do outside of the main story, so it really does seem like it is a multiplayer experience than a single player one, like the earlier games in the series.

In a bizzare way, I just love the aesthetic of the game so much. As someone who's first game was Smooth Moves, I had been wanting to see more goofy 3D models in the microgames for a while (although they look more polished than that game) and it is great how they delivered on that! I just wish the game did not feel like it was rushed in certain aspects, I really do believe it could have been the best entry in the whole series. It even brought back full voice acting! Either way, Move It! is such an amazing game!

I played a short while and I agree the game is really cool and fun but the content is simply lacking. Gold had so many extras to unlock plus the missions. Get it Toegther had the Wario Cup, cosmetics, missions, multiplayer modes... And what does WarioWare: Move It! have ? Some multiplayer modes, the Crygor mode, a minigame and that's it ? That's basically Smooth Moves level of content ! Why are we back by almost 20 years ago ?

Two minigames as there is a Pyoro one too. But yeah, I think it has to do with a potentially rushed development time, that's all.
Finished Legacy of Rust! Lovely expansion, some of the later levels suck absolute dick though.

I hope whoever thought the 24 Arch-vile closet was a good idea gets explosive diarrhea while at work, but that aside, cool expansion. Loved the Ash Mill level.
Needed some sprites from WarioWare, Inc. but suprisingly didn't find them anywhere so I decided to rip them myself. I also decided to submit them to the Spriters Resource and MFGG but they're pending sumbmission.

Edit : They approved it on TSR, let's go !

You know, playing Antonblast reminded me why I love the Wario Land games, the humor. It's a bit more crass in Antonblast but Wario and Anton both have a great sense of humor.

The only time we see Wario drunk is when a penguin throws beer at him in the Japanese version of Wario Land 2.

Well that confirms that he doesn't handle alcohol too well if he gets drunk from just getting splash by beer.

OH YEAH forgot about that. wario's a lightweight, one splash of beer and boom, completely zonked
Looks like AntonBlast released, eh ? I'll definitely be wanting to play that game one day but I don't feel like grabbing a copy now. For anyone that did buy it, have fun !

.... Also please try keep spoilers hidden with the spoiler feature for people that would like to play it. I don't care about the story but the gameplay I'm sure has quite a few surpises in it !

Good luck with that, I already had Larry Butz from Ace Attorney dressing up as Santa in the first game in mind as mine (just explaining what it is)

You say good luck, but I am already decked with jolly....
With the 0 degree weather here for like a week, and with a bit of snow and Christmas decorations everywhere all month, it is like as if it were a December all month already lol.

We got like only an afternoon during November of snow without any sticking to the floor. Winter does not winter around where I live.

Beat Sigil! It's supposed to be a sort of fifth episode for Doom 1, which means no Super Shotgun nor Doom II demons. Still a fun experience though! The music is awesome, I was hanging on by pretty much nothing at the end because I was almost out of ammo and health, but the music was pumping me the fuck up!!! Good shit.
Is the internet in the Mario universe still called "the Internet?" It has to exist, because of Wario's laptop in Inc.

Are you sure it's not called "Marionet" ?

The Mushroom World should call it Mass Connected Mycelium instead of World Wide Web.
I forgot to mention it, but I beat Doom II: No Rest For the Living! Interesting little expansion that has eight levels as if it was an episode from the first Doom. Won't post a screenshot because the end screen was the same as Doom II's, so it'd be kind of look like I posted the same one, but I liked it! Levels were cool. Currently playing through Sigil, when I beat that I will post about it.
HOLY SHIT I'M SPOOKED

Truly a spooky episode, who knows, maybe we might make a whole ass Halloween special next year...
Played VB Wario Land using a 3DS emulator for the first time. Honeslty, I'm kind of mad that it released on Virtual Boy because that game has amazing graphics annd great controls. I might even argue that Wario never controlled as well as in this game. Something about his charge attack in this game feels great compared to the other games.

Also, I'd have to say the stereoscopic 3D effects look really cool. I didn't care for them much but when faced with the first boss I was pleasantly suprised with how well it works !

Alas, its palette due to being on Virtual Boy is lacking making the levels feel a bit samey. To lessen this flaw, I'd recommend changing the color scheme at each level. But it's not really fixing the issue, just making it a bit less worse. Plus, it still has the get touched, turn small mechanic of the Mario games which I'm not a fan of since it makes you unable to charge which is by far the funnest thing to do in the game.

I've yet to finish the game, so maybe it gets really bad or really good afterward and I'm just not aware.

I agree about the charge attack/how Wario controls. It might be best of all the WL games.

It would be really amazing to try one day. Nobody misses stereoscopic 3d, but it was really good and I notice the 3d despite people saying they do not notice it.
For the next Mario Party, NDcube needs to get rid of the ally system and stop giving everyone so many coins.
