I don’t think anyone ever said “Land = 2D, World = 3D”. Wario Land as a brand is still holding up, vs what, one failed game from a team that doesn’t exist anymore? Isn’t Land still getting trademark renewals, despite no new games in ages?

Roy has always been much more of a "Smash character".

This has always irked me about Smash and its fans as well. It's just that most people don't know enough about Smash, or that they don't even know what they want it to be. What was it that made them this spoiled about Smash anyway? The trophies or what? Examples?

That's just it. Note how all the 3DS games announced during the March Direct have just vanished from their advertising. They haven't even talked about them again since that Direct.

I'm with ShyGuyXXL. That's what concerns me about this game too. It's coming out in about a month, but they're still not doing enough to make more people aware of it.
