It happens when I rewatch old YouTube videos and I get caught off guard by my old comments.

Slice of life anime or 3D Animation would definitely the way to go for WarioWare. Adapting cartoony video games into live action will not be very natural (I'm still salty that the Sonic Movies are live action).

I'd prefer a slice of life WarioWare anime. Just look at how good the cutscenes for Shake It were. Even though I found the gameplay boring, you can't deny how good the animation looked. A WarioWare or Land anime would be sick!

Animation, comics, and books are better formats for video game adaptations. Similar to what you said, these live-action adaptations of games and live-action remakes of animated shows/movies just look awkward and uncanny. A WarioWare adaptation...
