I can see that. He strikes me as German more than Scottish personally, but he definitely has some Scottish aspects to his personality/characterisation.

Am I misremembering how good the characters in Mario Kart Wii looked or is her model really low poly? I think it looks great on its own but seems wrong here. I very much have wanted Captain Syrup to be in spinoffs for a long time tho, Wario Kart...
