It uses characters from Wario Land 3, so I guess this is probably relevant here:

Now if only we had a decomp project for one of the actual Wario Land games or Wario World or something like that...

Weird to hear that Dr. Mario 64 got recompiled out all games, lol. I only learnt about that games existence like 2 years ago lol.
