Try putting down whatever thoughts you have in your mind first. Then organize those thoughts together into paragraphs or whatever. Get all that formatting stuff (Like making your paper double spaced and 12pt font) Out of the way first too. Idk if this advice will help, but I hope it does.

I suppose getting all my thoughts down before writing the paragraph might help some, but the problem is mostly that I don't have the energy to write it all out, and my attention drifts pretty badly when I'm like that. How should I get past that?
