Take some deep breaths. Set some time aside for yourself and try to process your thoughts. I may not know you, and I don't know if I can really be of any help, but if you want somebody to talk to, I'm here.
I'm not the best at offering comfort for such situations, and I don't know you as well as other members here... but I've felt similarly in the past, and if nothing else, I hope you just take it easy if you're feeling so overwhelmed. Get indulgent if you have to, because there's lots about life worth living and experiencing before throwing in the towel, and there's nothing wrong with enjoying yourself to get through times of despair.

Please feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to! I know it isn’t easy when you feel terrible, but we all care about you.
