You do realize you can record for 25 minutes, then continue to play which will become the next episode and so on.
You don't have to stop playing, just say your goodbyes every 25 minutes or however long you want these videos and edit them to be parts. TheRunawayguys do this perfectly with their Mario Party Let's plays, they know when the recording will end and they keep playing and record that.

Yeah kyon got it right, just record the game while you play, cut it into like 10 minute sections, then do a voice over, or just do the commentary while you play keeping in mind to end episodes every ten minutes or so : p Doesnt look too hard outside knowing how to do it all.

I've never got the appeal of Let's Plays, either, but it's become a mass sector of online entertainment, so each to their own.
Still, watching a perfect stranger play games is lost on me. Often they'll be ignorant about a game and judge it without knowing things (which leads to others adopting their opinions blindly).
