    WarioWare,Inc. is a good stage and should stay. I have no strong feelings on Gamer, but Wario Land stage would be nice at this point.     In mobile version, yes! It took me some time to realise you hold the like button to put any other reaction, because you just had to press a button before, and everything would pop up instantly. Not really a problem when I use PC though, I just had to point the mouse and figure it out easly.
