Requires homebrew apparently, but hey, could be a decent alternative for anyone who wants a Wario related 3DS theme but doesn't want the Ashley themed one:
I was like "What?!" then I was all like "Oh, lol." I thought Nintendo choose another Warioware character over Ashley for a second. Well, the theme looks ok, but nothing it'd hack or even buy.
Not gonna lie, I actually like this Dribble/Spitz theme one more than the official Ashley one, there is just something about the visual image of sitting in a car while it's raining that I oddly like (visually, not while actually driving in RL).
