Are you really sure about that? I mean, sure, Luigi's got a mansion, but Mario, well, he has just about everything; he's famous, he's the hero, is probably pretty rich from collecting all those coins ahead of his brother during his adventures, has a freaking princess as his girlfriend, owns a toy line, is almost never in trouble... should I go on?

But yeah, I can't disagree with Wario being the best. But only next to Waluigi, that is.
