Can you make items ?

So, basically when I was browing throught the shop, I saw that items have names under them and not all of them are @CM30 (example : Steal More has @DabbitDaMips ) so I was wondering : Is that the name of the people who coded the items ? If yes, how did they do it because I'd like to try it out if it's possible.

Also, why is it called DragonByte Shop ?

It's called Dragonbyte Shop because that's the name of the XenForo addon.

And you should now be able to make items...
