I remember two from Shake Dimension:

Santa's Sled

Not only the fastest sled around, the fastest vehicle of any kind, ever. Ever.

The music for Slipshod Slopes seems very much like it's meant to be a Christmas song, ala Jingle Bells:

I don't think Wario is the Christmas type. Oh wait, there's a Reindeer Headlamp in Master of Disguise. Maybe one of your presents you get this year from someone could be based off the Master of Disguise treasures. Want a moneytree?
