Computer help

That one person
I'm not much of a Computer freak, I don't know a lot about what Computers are bad or good. So I need some recommendations for a good computer. My old one broke, it was fast and good but it was slow at times. I'm looking for Windows computers, any good type.

How much Hard disc space.

Memory

Processors

What computer would be real good, but not super expensive. What sort of Computer should I get?

It depends on what you're looking for and how much you want to pay. Considering I don't think you're willing to build your own computer you should probably try to find some computers you think might be good. There are just too many computers to recommend a specific model. Here are some very simple guidelines.

Hard drive space doesn't affect performance much.

Memory: 8 gb should be good enough unless you're doing some heavy duty video processing, then perhaps 16gb.

Processors There are a lot and which one is right for you depends on your needs and budget.

You might also want to look into graphics card information.

Myself, ive been looking into the Dell inspiration, around $330-$400 USD.
Its generally a good idea to do a general search for a computer type and then research a specific model, just to make sure your money is going toward a product you want. Google, Amazon, online retail stores are good places.
Then there's having a friend Frankenstein a computer together 0-0
You'll know what you want when you see it.

Another thing is that most Windows computers don't come in strict models like Apple products, consoles, tablets etc. They come in multiple configurations. For example, there isn't just one version of an HP Envy, there's many with wildly different specs and features.
