The remake isn't redesigned around the fact c-sticking is no longer possible, making a good chunk of the game more tedious
Granted, you make it near to the top of the scene and are entrusted with organising the Project M tourney at a popular competition. The tourney is a disaster and you become know as the guy who ruined Project M's competitive future.

Granted but the games stay like they are with no microtransactions, so you can't speed up the stuff that takes like 24 hours to build.
