Seriously, we see all these cutscenes of her trying to bring about demons and horror related concepts and what not, but I have to wonder how much she's actually thought this through.
I mean, remember the last few times a demon was introduced to the Mushroom World?
Or the ones Wario fought (like the Golden Diva, Black Jewel and Terrormisu)?
You need to be a pretty competent hero to take down the type of thing she seems to want to summon in Game & Wario or Smooth Moves. And even more powerful to even think about controlling it. The last person to take advantage of a monster in this universe was probably Bowser...
So yeah, think she might be wildly overestimating her magic competence in the series? And what not?
