Games you got a bit too caught up in?

Are there any games you got a bit too addicted to, or spent too much time playing at the expense of everything else?

For me, I felt this way about The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and the last two Hyrule Warriors games, which I ended up playing constantly upon release to the point of losing track of time altogether.

Also recently Donkey Kong Bananza, since I ended up playing far too much Emerald Rush and again, losing track of time a lot.

I sometimes I have phases where I only play one game for a month or more. Last time that happened to me was back in December for Pizza Tower. But by far, the game I was the most addicted was Super Mario Maker 2 back when it came out. I used to play this game almost everyday from its release until like 2021. Then again, I was like 11 back then so I had way more time to spend.
