I never had any problems with that level, but a lot of people( including let's players) seem to consider it their ,,that one level,, especially the block puzzle rooms.
While this is certanly the hardest level in the, I still don't find it to be that bad:
-The actual level is nothing to worry about
-The platforming rooms aren't that bad to me as long as you are patient.
-The block puzzles while tricky, can be beaten if you just fool around a little bit, after a while the solution should be clear.
