How evil is Ashley exactly?

How evil is Ashley as a character/individual?

Never any love for Red... Aside from what the english version of the song say, I don't really see Ashley as evil. She always get Red to do most of the work and I see her as being lazy. (which is probably why her magic skill is so mediocre) Ashley isn't getting any older, seriously do characters in this universe age backward or take 100 years to even reach their birthday?
