How often do you buy new games?

Are you the type of person to buy tons, and end up with a huge backlog? Or do you tend to stick to the same few games a lot more, and only buy new games when absolutely necessary?

Personally I'm in between. I'll buy a new game if I'm really excited for it, but I won't go out of my way to try a bunch of them.

I buy a game here and there when I get the occasion. I try to space out the games I get so that they feel special, having too many games may make them spoil them and make them boring to me.
