Idea about Nintendo and its employees making Super Smash Bros. levels with stage builder

This idea came to me some time ago, and in fact, I asked it as an idea in internet forums as forum topic, it is about the following:

That official Nintendo employees could also make playable levels in official Super Smash Bros videogames but with their stage builder and we could play them if possible, these levels could be levels that official Nintendo employees could not add officially, either because they do not have to do with Nintendo franchises or because they were not allowed to make them officially, but not because it was forbidden to add levels about certain series and characters.

Some of the levels that in that sense could be made with the stage builder of the official Super Smash Bros is:

-One in the pages of Nintendo Power magazine.
-A Hanafuda card game
-The Nintendo Love Hotel
-The Nintendo offices
-Shigeru Miyamoto's desk
-A tribute to Satoru Iwata with Satoru Iwata on it
-The amusement park called Super Nintendo World.
-A level about the cancelled video game called Kid Kirby.
-A level about the cancelled video game called Project Hammer.
-A level about Doctor Mario
-A level about Tetris
-A level about Mario Party
-A level about the official Super Nintendo videogame called SimCity
-Some funny dream that Shigeru Miyamoto-san had while sleeping
-Some funny dream Reggie Fils-Aime had while sleeping
-The 1080° Snowboarding level called Deadly Fall
-A level about Doshin the Giant
-A level about Ice Climber from Nintendo Entertainment System
-Shigeru Miyamoto's house
-Reggie Fals-Aime's house
-Satoru Iwata's cemetery

i mean, it's not exactly the same, but there are sample stage builder levels in brawl
