Is Terrormisu an in-universe parody of Princess Peach?

We all know that Terrormisu's final boss form for some reason, looks like a bizzaro universe version of Peach, waaaaay back when I first joined the forums l thought about how the developers might have wanted to have a pastiche of Super Princess Peach that way, for reference:

My question is: could this apply in-universe as well?

The plot of Master Of Disguise involves Wario inserting himself into a in-universe TV show, so we can assume that while Wario changed the way certain things went, the overall world of the show and it's characters still remain the way it's been intended by the in-universe writers of the show, which could include Terrormisu looking like a deranged demonic Peach being a pastiche of the mushroom kingdom princess, similar to how real life satires love to put celebrities or politicians trough the wringer.

Off course that's all fanon talk, but could this be a possible in-universe explanation for the odd design choice?

Given that Wario Land itself is apparently a somewhat parody of the Mario franchise, most likely. Then again, the design could be a snarky shout out to the old 'Wapeach' comments some people make...
