My love hate relationship with nintendo.

I've seen my fair share of videos about how Nintendo just sues anyone over anything. But my GOD aint this dum?
Pretty sure you all heard of palworld right? Just a game thats one of the monster catcher games. With a few unique touches
(Some choices questionable others actually work) and I'm sure you all are aware of the time when Nintendo tried suing pal word over patent infringement when the funny this is. Nintendo doesn't own the concept of catching monsters and riding them. And its honestly sad coz while I didn't grew up with the pokemon games I was just watching the anime and movies on TV and a couple AMVS. Oh those where the days. And it saddens me because now they just be suing anyone these days.

One hand. They made alot of stuff they may of made our childhoods. On the other. They're flat out greedy.
Especially with the tarrifs combining that with a [PEPSON I WON'T SAY COZ I'M NOT RISKING MY LIFE BUT IFYKYK] and a bit of greed it's stupid.

I hate Nintendo as much as I hate any other greedy video game company. I don't know if I would go as far as to say that they are worst, though they made some really shitty decision, especially legally. Like the time they sued a random supermarket because it was named Super Mario. But it's true that they are getting especially greedy these days but I guess that's what happens when a company is run by a CEO who doesn't care all that much about the company itself but more about the money it generates.

Ah yeah I'm aware of that. Fucking hell. What's next. They're gonna sue the whole of Italy because everyone speaks like Mario? Or are they gonna sue zoo's coz they look like pokemon.
Another thing I like to mention.
If they are suing palword for "patent infringement".
Then by that logic games like persona/ shin megami tenseI yokai watch final fantasy and digimonot can't exist because it has "similar mechanics"
