How do you use 9-Volt well? I've always found him a tad tough to control myself.

Personally, I just was patient with learning how to use him and used friendless battle to train and practice the controls and get faster with them, and with more and more practice and a lot and a lot of patience, I was able to use him most of the time well! ^^
