I'm happy about the fact that people are voting for Rhythm Heaven characters, Paper Mario, King K. Rool and the E-Shop trio.
That's not official, and from what I hear, it's based on a fan made poll where people voted for the characters they voted for in the ballot.
It might be decently accurate in some sense, but it's still based on a biased sample, likely the one from Reddit. Also, it assumes someone who's an assist trophy or pokeball Pokemon can't also be playable. No evidence exists to support this.
