Cause in the various games, his power seems to vary a lot. He was pretty strong in Twisted:



A joke in Touched:



No idea about DIY, practically speaking:



And obviously in Brawl, he was tough as nails. Could fly forever, never take damage, KO everything in just a few hits... Nothing more to say.

So how strong is he overall?

Maybe its the amount of garlic he eats and if its fresh or rotten.
Cause in the smash bros. series he eats three big fresh garlics but in WarioWare Touched he eats one rotten garlic.
And maybe in WarioWare twisted his powers were first not activated cause he ate no garlic and he only got the suit, but because he jumped back in the machine only his suit got stronger.
