Apparently, it unlocked it by having you use WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$ instead of WarioWare Twisted!

So why didn't the European version of the game do the same thing? Wouldn't that have meant we'd have gotten the full game like everyone else?

Guess WarioWare is not a high priority in Europe since Twisted wasn't even released at all. I would say maybe extra time localizing but the Chinese release wasn't that far off the European release.

I guess Nintendo of Europe just didn't consider it important to find a solution that would make the extra avaiable and when you get down to it, it's really nothing of importance, of course it's still Lame, but that's just how things went down.
