Think WarioWare characters will ever appear in Mario spinoffs?

There's nothing logically stopping them appearing there, legally or otherwise.

If Namco ever makes another baseball game, I'd say Ashley would be reasonably likely thanks to SSB 4.

Otherwise, I dunno. It just seems unlike DKC, the characters just aren't popular enough to justify making (usable) 3D models for 'em.

I sadly doubt it since Nintendo seems to be too lazy to make 3D models for the characters.

Mario Baseball would provide a pretty good excuse to put half the WarioWare cast in, not just Ashley. I mean, the series adds just about EVERYONE from the Mario series and its spinoffs.

Just ask the entire Donkey Kong cast, K Rool, Kremlings and all.

If there's another Mario Baseball, I'd pretty much bet anything that a WarioWare/Wario series team is practically a given and that we might even see some other lesser 'Mario universe' characters too. Maybe also a Luigi's Mansion themed team? Or a Mario RPG (aka Mario & Luigi/Paper Mario) themed one?
