It's been released for a few weeks now, so what are your thoughts on the game?



Personally I really liked it, though I consider the game a bit too slow to start overall. When it gets going it's incredible, and the final boss/villain is one of the best in the entire Mario franchise, but those first few islands definitely felt a bit rough.

But hey, what do you think?
 
I didn't end up picking it up yet.. I saw so many mixed reviews upon release that it kind of dampened my excitement plus I picked up Mario RPG and thousand year door not long before so I felt like Mario RPG plate was pretty full at the time. I'd be curious to hear others opinions here about it though
