A WarioWare title this year may seem a little super fluous, especially since Move It! came out a year ago and that they kinda used all the gimmicks a WarioWare game could do. And if the Switch 2 is just a Switch but enhanced with no crazy new features (which I'm afraid it will be), I find it hard to make a new traditional WarioWare game for it, at least for now. However, they could very well make DIY sequel, though I've noticed the creative type of games usually release at least a short while after the consoles release (WWDIY, SMM2, GBG).
Then there's the possibility of a Wario Land game (or any Wario platformer for that matter). And I think it could potentially happen, it could be great idea to release the big 3D Mario game as launch title and release a 2D platformer along side it. And since we already got a 2D Mario game a year ago (Wonder), they could opt for bringing back the series. It's a bit of a wild guess but it could very well be possible seeing how much Nintendo is trying to bring back (or at least remind us of) old fan favorite series as well as convince us they'll actually get creative this time instead of having a New Soup game (Mario RPG remake, Mario & Luigi Brothership, Wonder). And what better series to show that you're diverging from traditional Mario than Wario of course.
