Wario Land 4's Intro has the same rap as another game?

...huh... sounds like it.
Dang, but now I still don't know the other stuff they're singing. At least not for certain.

Here's what I hear:

Wanna settle down?
Your time is over! I've had enough!
Here I come! Look out, here I cooome!
(*something garbled*)
Now work it! WORK IT!
(In unity)
...
(unity)
...
(come on down)

...but then the rest is pretty much still a mystery to me.

It's times like these I wish we had the uncompressed versions of these songs.
Like how Wario Ware Inc. Mega Party Game$ had high quality versions of some Wario Ware Inc. songs.
Like these:

or even something like this:

I've written an email to Nintendo once asking about this but they were pretty much of no help whatsoever...
I wonder if the original versions even still exist somewhere...

So now that I've played around with the game's soundfont for a while, all these little samples are just individual clips. Probably intended for music just like that DDR stuff. I mean if you really listen to it it sounds kinda generic. I'd still love to find those original samples though.

Also, if you listen to the soundfont pieces you can understand it pretty well.

You wanna test it now? (This one could still be a number of things)
Your time is over!
I've had enough!
Here I come!
Look out, here I cooome!
Put your hands up!
Now work it. WOKR IT!
PEACE ...and unity~
Now push it! Listen to the funky drummer! Push it! Now push it! Listen-listen- push it! PEACE! ....and unity.
That's [...](mother?) FUNK-EH~

Ya-ya-yaaahhhh~
Oh yeahhhhh~~~
Well come on down!
Now push it!

Here's also a version with just the vocals:

Huh, that's kind of interesting:

The 'come on down' voice is identical between Wario Land 4's intro and a song from the Beatmania series. Wonder where they got the voice/sound effects from? Some stock library?

Anyone else find this cool?

Was this game released before or after Wario Land 4 ?
