Wario Land Shake It would have used the Frog Switch?

Apparently they redesigned the Wario Land 4 Frog Switch as the original end goal in Wario Land Shake It's levels:

Seems like the game was originally meant to be even MORE like Wario Land 4!

I wonder if it would've worked the same way since it seems to not have a bomb and the fact that it has goal written on it might suggest that it was the end of the level, rather than the mid point.
