Wario Master of Disguise Difficulty Levels?

Another interesting thing the game was meant to have. According to the Cutting Room Floor Wiki, graphics for choosing a difficulty level exist in this game:

Doesn't work, but hey, could have been neat to see in game. It would have made it a bit more similar to Wario Land 4 really.

So yeah, thoughts?
