So here is where we all post our own interpretations on what we think the WW character’s backstories, or some intrepreted facts could be! If you do not accept the headcanon of someone else, please do stay respectful.
As for mine:
- Dribble and Spitz were originally regular housepets that turned anthropomorphic because of an experiment serum. It is unsure who created that serum or why they became taxi drivers as soon as they realized they could use their arms and legs.
- 9-Volt’s father used to work for Wario. He allowed his son to take over for him so he could focus on his firefighting job.
- When he isn’t travelling on his UFO, Orbulon lives with a family who happens to have a mechanic father who helps repair the UFO sometimes. It was also because of them on how he discovered WarioWare, explaining why an alien works with a company of mostly humans.
- Ashley comes from a massive lineage of magic users. Her main family though, lived in a normal suburban vicinity. Her parents had way too high expectations of her and her older brother, but despite that, the two of them still cared very much for each other in those times… until Ashley’s older brother’s best friend died unexpectedly, causing her older brother to focus excessively into trying to revive his best friend. Ashley was too young to understand why her brother seemed to now be so cold and distant towrds her out of nowhere, and she guessed it was because she was being an annoying younger sister. This caused her to develop her ‘moody’ personality in hopes that would appease her older brother, but to no avail.
Before joining Diamon City, she was babsat by Mona, who told her about a spell to summon a creature from another dimension to help look after her, but in order to do that, she needs to leave home and live in an empty mansion in the city that Mona would pay for. Ashley obliges since she knows no one in her family cares about her anyway.
The both of them headed to the city and Ashley got to live in her own mansion. She then summoned a Red creature of unknown origin, and they both live together, as Ashley still continues her act thinking her older brother would eventually come to visit the city some time.
