  • Wario and Waluigi are Bowsers freelance henchmen that just fuck about

  • Something in the middle, a faction war with alliances

I personally like the idea that Wario is just as much an enemy to Bowser as he is to Mario. Wario strives to be Mario's greatest enemy, so Bowser is in the way of that by also trying to be his greatest enemy...

i dont think bowser is trying to be marios greatest enemy, its mario thats decided to make himself bowsers greatest enemy by foiling his plans
