Why is there no Biker wario merchandise

I haven't seen any figures or plushes of his greatest costume beside his amiibo anywhere on the internet. Why not?

I suspect it's because Wario Land and Ware get little merchandise in general, so any Wario depictions end up as part of the Mario series line (where he always appears in overalls).
