It's been a little while since I ventured here! Mostly because my Wario interest has gone dormant once again. Though I am still glad to have joined and discussed what I love about him, I'm still anticipating a new game that'll really spark the conversation!

I have checked out PT and AB, and they are great in their own rights! I just don't exactly think they capture the nuance I like behind Wario's character, so I'm still holding out to see how Nintendo will go about taking a crack again.

I get that. And they both focus on speed more than anything else.

Speed is great, but Wario Land also encourages exploring and has quite a bit of puzzle solving too. Hell, I'm still discovering new things in WL4 I never knew about. Like the giant sunflower in Wildflower Fields 🌻

There was a little bit of puzzle solving in PT, but not a lot. Probably for the best though because of the combo meter.
