Seems this game may be a Wario Land/WarioWare inspired mix...

I could barely comprehend that trailer... so onto my wishlist it goes! It reminds me of old computer freeware in a nostalgic way, and those animations are delightful.

Oh wow this is really cool. Love the animation and overall look of the game. I think I'm going to buy this on release day and set some time aside to play it. I've added it to my wishlist!

I gave the Steam demo a playthrough and... yep, still can't fully comprehend what I'm playing! It's great, though I wouldn't say there's much gameplay inspiration from WarioWare, moreso just an absurdist story and visuals that would be at home there.

I finally got around to buying and playing this six weeks after I originally intended to (I kinda forgot about it, and I've been busy. ._. ) but yeah, playing it now, I was only able to get to the third level before I stopped playing. The game seems okay but there's a lot of room for improvement IMO. Some of my biggest complaints right off the bat is the fact that there doesn't seem to be any checkpoints in any of the stages, when you die you get sent right back to the very beginning of the stage, which gets frustrating quickly because the stages are a bit lengthy and it's easy to die in this game. I also wish there was an easier way to kill enemies, I would have hoped that your character's ability to scream would kill the enemies but instead it just pushes them back slightly, and you can only scream for about three seconds before your character explodes and dies, so the screaming ability is not all that helpful. The only way to kill the baddies is to get them to fall into a spike pit, or get them to run into a set of spikes on a wall.

Overall it's an okay platformer and I do want to set some more time aside to really give this game another go and see how far I can get through it, but I think I'm going to need a lot of patience and precision if I really want to beat this game.

Valid. I kept dying at the propeller hat part until I finally gave up. It was just more frustrating than fun.

I think this game would've worked better as a puzzle game than a platformer.
