So, is the weather ridiculously warm where you are too?

Kitchen Island but it's one of the Wuhu Island kinda tracks where you do one long lap. Starting at Rice Beach and maybe to make it work the SS Teacup Syrup Tower and the Sherbet Glacier can all be seen from a distance to make it work as a loop...

Oh, Lemon Demon? I haven't heard THAT MUCH of their music, but from what I've heard so far, The Ultimate Showdown is a classic, Jaws is good, even if I haven't seen the movie, and Lifetime Achievement Award is amazing, great song to start the album.
