Happy New Year

I really like W:MoD's thief Wario outfit and I wish it was seen more. I just like the design a lot. But I guess my favorite would be classic because of Wario Land.

The Pingas in my name comes from Mean Bean and Robotnik's character design there, love that game to bits. I'll never call it puyo puyo though lol. I call puyos Beans and Carbuncle Has Bean.

For HANUKKAH I got a copy of Tetris for GB and a kickass Metroid II poster. Same people that made Wario Land made Metroid if you don't know.

I love the twist of the hidden figure being Rudy! His design (which I recently learned is also by Hiroji Kiyotake, Wario's designer) is very unique and kinda off-putting. If you think about it Wario saved the world since Rudy said he would take over the outside world. And Wario did it before...

I've been thinking for a while, in terms of gameplay WL3, but just to sit and play after a long day its Wario World

I join this site often, I'm not Russian but I'm a bukharian jew, lots of us speak Russian due to many bukharians living in countries that were taken by the USSR (all the stan countries). I believe I'm the only Bukharian guy that enjoys Wario and his games this much. Hopefully I'll be proven...

I looked deeper and looks like Nintendo Software Technology division made this game. I'm guessing they just were Wario fans like us lol, in terms of the rivalry between Nintendo EAD and Nintendo R&D1 they might have just been rooting for R&D1. Also Sachiko Nakamichi, who did the packaging art...

late reply but I think Nintendo R&D1, developers of most of the Wario games, made this game too, so they preferred using their characters over mario's. Good thing too, I wouldn't have even touched this game if it didn't use the Wario Land characters.

Wario Land 3 Metroid-Vania styled Wario Land would be so cool to see again, Wario Land 4 was a bit short and linear for me, and i hope they could make him invincible again.

I’d start with zero mission and not nestroid because it’s super hard and zero mission is one of my favorite games. But you should finish super Metroid, it’s one of the best games ever made and on my top 5 list for sure.

Wario doesn’t give up on his goals, neither should you. Like Wario, you gotta fight for what you want in life, in a world full of losers be a winner.

I noticed this around the second ending while playing it. I didn’t think anyone else noticed this! It’s such a sneaky detail, if I was the composer I’d do it too! Lol

I also noticed this in Wario Land 3 and 2! Why’d they remove the sprite?! I never knew it was in m*rio land either. Also if you have bull Wario in the first one and hold up and jump you can stick to the ceiling! I wish they’d bring this back one day.
