I'd usually guess not, but the Mario sports games have been all over the place in how much they reference this series. Mario Power Tennis used a Wario Land 3 remix for Wario's victory theme, had a court inspired by WarioWare and used Wario World music for said court. Mario Tennis Open used a Wario Land 3 remix for one of its courts, and I'm sure other references exist in the series too.
Out of the Woods even appeared in the original Mario Tennis and apparently the game boy one had it too but it's been too long for me to remember, now I want to play it again, that's the only Mario Tennis I had
With a track record like that and the recent Wario remixes in Mario Kart World I think they'll end up doing a remix at the very least
I'm not well versed in the Mario sports games, but I'm not super confident there's gonna be a lot of Wario fanservice. The WL3 remixes felt more like they originally pulled what was relevant for Wario at the time of Tennis 64's release (both games released in 2000), and they just kept rolling with that motif until the more sanitized Ultra Smash reeled things back. This is only a theory though, since there is also a WarioWare inspired court in Power Tennis with Wario World music. Maybe they'll go more in on the references for all the characters again though; I'd like to be proven wrong.
I wouldn't think so, I'm hoping for at least a remix but that comes once in a blue moon. Who knows? If there is maybe we're closer to that new Wario Land!
