I got a new phone today, and since I'm getting one of those phone gamepad soon I decided to setup Daijishō on my phone. It's really cool:
Of course I used this occasion to load up a Wario certified GBA library. Here you see that I have a very...
Slice of life anime or 3D Animation would definitely the way to go for WarioWare. Adapting cartoony video games into live action will not be very natural (I'm still salty that the Sonic Movies are live action).
I'd prefer a slice of life WarioWare anime. Just look at how good the cutscenes for Shake It were. Even though I found the gameplay boring, you can't deny how good the animation looked. A WarioWare or Land anime would be sick!

As well as Captain Syrup from Wario Land:
Not your fault, Chris Pratt and Charlie Day lied to us.
It's super bizarre how scarce Wario news is now. Especially since Nintendo brought back WL4 and World last year. I really thought that was there way of hinting towards a new Wario game.
I think we're well past the spoiler threshold for me to now say: I failed you all. Woops.
Though I am still confident Wario will have a major role in the coming threequel. I doubt they would go into spinoff territory for villains before...
