My name is based on King Dedede, one of my favorite video game characters and my former main in all Smash games he's in (former secondary in Smash 4; been maining DK from the start).
And hey, no shame in liking Kirby and Luigi in Melee. I play both of them pretty frequently too, and they're both really fun.

We wanted names that had something to do with Wario, he knows I like Mona, so he came up with this name, and I thought it was cute and used it : p
I like some of the user name the members of this site use, btw. For the most part theyre all playful and fun, which reflects the feeling I get from this site, I think.

My username is 'Kyon' from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, an anime based on weird happenings and strange things. The second main character is nicknamed Kyon, he was a favorite of mine.
Back in September 1st of 2010, where my first internet account was in the making (YouTube account for anyone who cares.), I had to come up with a username. I thought of MarioMario9898 (based on MarioMario8989) but it was already taken, so I had to think of something easy to remember, so after a bit of thinking I came up with Kyon8989, but once again it was taken, lol.
So in a rush I just swapped the numbers into Kyon9898, where I have been known since 2013. until the big name switch to 'Ashley Channel' sometime in early 2014. Everywhere since that YouTube account I've been known as Kyon across the internet, fairly well-known. I've been on the internet for 5 years now, a big milestone for me.
Reasoning for my account not being 'Ashley Channel' here or related to Ashley at all was due to the account making system, when it asked for my name I typed in Kyon thinking I could change my name later, but surprise, surprise. It was set to Kyon, I don't really mind now, the name 'Kyon' is kind of my thing nowadays.
Oh yeah, I was also Kyon Channel for like a few months than I went to Kagami channel than finally to Ashley channel. I was meaning to change it back to Kyon but the other stuck to me because I just really love Ashley.

Mine is based on one of the levels from Wario Land 4, Crescent Moon Village. Though that should be pretty obvious for the majority of people on this site, unless you haven't played WL4 yet.
