I've already posted about it on Nintendo 3DS Community and various other sites, added it to my signature across the board and made this (extremely mediocre) ad video:



Whereas Shy GuyXXL is making another one and someone here also posted it on Miiverse. But come on, we can do better!

Have any friends remotely interested? Tell 'em about the site. Got a Youtube/Twitter/Facebook/Tumblr following? Post about the site.

Because we kind of need some more people about now, both for the site and general fandom's sake.
 
I really liked the video except for those moments with just a plain white background with black text. Maybe you could add a background or continue having some gameplay running? I'll keep posting stuff on Miiverse and really hope for this site to take off. :) One question before I go. Is there anything I could do to help out aside from making Miiverse posts?

Also, I might tell some people on Youtube about this as well. Surely some of the people who posted a ton of Wario Land or WarioWare videos in the past might be interested in this site?
 
That's a pretty good idea! Post a link to the drawing when it's done too, because I'm pretty sure you can do that with Miiverse now.

So, anyone else got any ideas on how to promote the forums? It's pretty hard given the subject matter, and I suspect stuff like social media won't work too well for this place...

Don't worry, I'm definitely gonna use Forum Promotion to promote. There's already a promotion topic for the site there. I think post exchanges and services could be a good next step for sure.

As for asking other admins, I'm not sure who to ask to be honest. A lot of people ask for affiliation with my sites and stuff, but few tend to be heavy forum posters.
 
Affiliates never gave me huge results, it's usually more effective to just have text links at places and build up that SEO.

As for approaching Admins, eh, can just send PMs and such. Worst they can say is no.
 
I may as well bump this to see if I can find any more ways to get members.

I plan to change the default style soon, in case the WarioWare ones are a bit bright to newer members, and to promote the site on other media.
 
I can put it in my about on a forum where I'm well-known, I'm not sure if it will help that much though, because there are not that many wario fans out there.
